I liked this recipe, as it was fun to cook. The end product was not as good as i'd hoped it would be. The crust was still doughy, which could've been fixed with more time in the oven. It was also a bit dry, and needed some more sauce. Without the yeast, which causes the fermentation process, the dough wouldn't have rised, therefore making it the wrong consistency, and quantity.
